On the Google Prado item. You can't "grasp" a work of art in the real life sense either - the alarm bells would ring and you'd get arrested!

This is such a wonderful idea (and not only for finding Bosch's bunch of flowers!) and I hope that many galleries will take it up.

Wonderful, wonderful stuff.
Now, I'm beginning to see why some "Artists" are referred to as "Masters"!

Please, on its official opening day, let us have more coverage of Cerny's 'Entropa' work, which has put the cat amongst the pigeons of the Europeans...

I love looking at art and I think it is great but I can't help thinking of this piece I read yesterday http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7823387.stm I know it is regarding Google's search engine but it is in the same bracket of improving speed, resolution, performance...

As a member of the ship's crew ( HMS Diana,1956) I was witness to the atomic trials of Operation Mosaic & wish the survivors / families every success in the claim for compensation from the government. It is of interest to note that US atomic veterans were compensated $75000.00 each & Canadian veterans $24000.00 in 2008. Why does it take take so long for the UK to acknowledge ?
My compliments to Brian Marshall for his accurate report.
