What's your news?
Not too late to tell us - in a sentence please - what's been happening with YOU this week. We'll cobble the best together for tomorrow's iPM...which, I can exclusively reveal, will feature VALERIE SINGLETON.
Anyhoo - drop an email with your sentence to: ipm@bbc.co.uk. I might send one myself.

My husband told me he once played Valerie Singleton and Pete Murray in a mixed doubles match.
I replied that he must, therefore, be lying to me about his age. He blushed.

Now I don't often get very emotional but have just seen the last few moments of Fiona Philips as she left GMTV for the last time.

She was never a favourite presenter but it does appear she was the same on and off screen which is a rare quality.

Re: # 3
Not today - too many people in and out - though I may try a pair of high heels later on.
Re BigSis :- Yes I shouldn't watch the rubbish really. However, if you did watch the montage did you see the little extract of Heather Mills McCartney!
Oh the irony of it all ;-)

You can kiss a nun twice
But you must never get into the habit.
Similarly, never try to collar Harry Hill.

Why do they put on really serious news programmes at 12.00 on Channel 4 and at 1.00 on... well...., the World at One, when it's just clowns like us at home?
And what sounds increasingly like Children's Hour at 5.00 on Radio 4 when the seriously grown up are about?

My news, I nominated someone for an iPM 2008 award.
Who?
Why, Jonnie, by a street and a half, for providing a link to Durdle Door, the most beautiful spot I know (now).

I would have nominated DMcN.
But if he ever got the idea his jokes were genuinely funny, there'd be no end to them.

I felt sure that the link went to Fiona Philips and not to Durdle Door?
It is beautiful though.
I often take an amble across that way - from certain angles it looks like artists impressions of a Stegasaurus paddling out to sea?

I love it!
Q: "Now pay attention 007... Front and rear battering rams for clearing double-parked transit vans, gas for subduing drunken, late-night passengers, fold-down luxury king-sized bed for breaks at the terminus and whatever you do, don't press *this* button. It releases a section of the upper deck, catapulting the Inspector half-way to the garage. Wheesht!"
007: "You're joking!"
Q: "I never joke about public transport 007."
M: "Why 'aven't you got that bus out yet? I 'ate you Bond!"

Have just caught the iPM podcast. I cannot believe you landed the lovely Corrie with that dreadful joke.
I'm really sorry Corrie - I'd never have shared it if I thought they were going to do that with it...
