You could get something small and valuable in there though Ruth!

Can I use this spot to light a little candle for Oliver Postgate, who gave me such pleasure as a child? My particular favourite was Ivor the Engine, though I loved all the programmes of his that I happened to see.
Loved the report on Today this morning, and the idea of the little girl giggling through the production of Bagpuss.

Here here Bigsister - yes a great report on Today - and I'll light another candle for Oliver.
Re; - GM -- It's a very small stocking and ruth described it as being tiny.

Lovely photo - and a clever lady, it seems to me ;o)
I haven't heard any news today - I'll join in celebrating Oliver Postgate's illustrious career. He's been a joy and inspiration to me.

You're all right about Mr Postgate. New post has been started. Have you seen Jonnie's pics over at iPM?

We had a patient get all excited about Thelma and the naff Christmas Tree.
She used the words "Charming", "Innovative", "Festive", "Ingenious" about the tree and "different" about Thelma. Or that might have been the staff...

Like a book of 101 alternatives to saying "You know"?

In Ruth's stocking?
btw, DMcN, wouldn't it be a bit small for Noel? (and was that an unintentional Xmas pun?) Unless you weren't suggesting for his foot - (left or right, I dunno, or perhaps he's gone one-legged down the line....)
