I think the PM nutritionalist should pick a winner and the contributor should publish the recipe. Ah, now that's an idea. The PM Recipe Book to go with Hugh's Travel Book.

Yes of course! Why didn't someone think of it before? The PM recipe book. What could be more appropriate for a tea-time news programme? And you only have to look at the pictures here to see PM listeners are a group who enjoy their food.
Perhaps Eddie could be persuaded to include his famously imaginative recipe for wraps with cumin and onion? (By the sound of it, it could be a useful recipe for anyone with a persistent double-glazing salesman reluctant to leave your premises. Or maybe even a recalcitrant tenant refusing to leave a property?)

Eddie does have a very nice recipe for Parma ham.

In about an hour's time (when I get home), I'll email across pics of Friday and Saturday's dinners.
Friday: Chicken Kiev (garlic butter), 2x Jacket Spuds (I'm too lazy to peel / chop / boil!), runner beans (from garden). Plus a glass of white zindafel (last of the bottle).
Saturday: Haddock, 2x Jacket Spuds, runner beans (reheated leftovers from Friday - I cooked too many!).
Am I boring or am I boring?

Perhaps I ought to keep this thought to myslef, but most of this food looks really... unpleasant. I don't think I'll be buying a PM recipe book if these are the pictures in it!

Only your word for that David (8) :-)

Ap (7) - I agree that most of it doesn't look very appetising.
And as for Finnian Rook's Irish Breakfast - sacrilege! There is no fadge in it!

Aper 9, And the raspberry wine is delicious.
TIH 10, The broccoli (last photo) has too much sauce or is covered to hide the fact that it is overcooked. Nice tray, though... A W-T (The Garden Gnome) Did you ever get your apri- caught? Painful

There are some nice recipes, but I like my food to look a bit more apetizing. Pams diet food looks like a child has moshed up some ingredients. Also, it doesn't look like good diet food, too much carbs and it's a right old plate full!

This isn't a comment really, after watching masterchef the professionals one of the chefs mentioned a book that he had found on food presentation called 'how to work to the plate' i have been searching the web for it and can not find has anyone ay ideas where i can get this book from and what the real title is so that i can purchase it. I wish to have this book for my college course although it is not neccessary just for personal use on haow to present food in the college restaraunt etc especially when we are in the training kitchens.
Many thanks for all you help
