Food.

At some point, we will decide what to do with all these FOOD photos..but in the meantime, here is the solution to yesterday's food puzzle.

Ryan's lunch:

was a chicken bagel with taragon and garlic, and "Italiany peppers" as he describes them.

Stuart had home made leek and potato soup, used making a hand-held whisk:

1110 UPDATE: Stuart has asked me to make clear it is an electronic hand-held whisk, not one of those manual ones. That would have taken ages.

Eddie, If you put all the photos in one of those composite thumbnail sketch (or whatever it is called) photos (I'm sure you have the technology there) then put it on the blog, we can click on the ones we want to look at. My spaghetti bolognese and homemade raspberry wine is quite nice....

Okay Okay - I now see how photographing food works.

After looking at the photo's of Ryan and Stuarts offerings - I'd never want to sample either again.

You suggested the idea for the petrol station prices but it didn't catch on then

That bagel looks horrid -- and I can't see any peppers in it.

What about showing some nice puds?

I had banana custard last night and it was truly scrumptious.

The bagel doesn't look very appetising but then I'm a veggie so it wouldn't. And I'm afriad the leek and potato soup looks a little - well strange!!

Eddie, I know it is immodest but I have an artist's eye (he wasn't using it at the time and goes well with Van Gogh's ear methinks)

So with this borrowed item I looked down at yesterdays prepared meal and thought - that wouldn't come out well in any photo - forgive me but the sweet potato looked like a rainbows yawn had happened recently and the fish portion has leaked its tasty spinach content.

You have my word as a known liar though - it was absolutely delicious and I may have the body of man but I have the stomach of a King.

No - you don't want to know, believe me! lol

What's an electronic hand held food mixer? Does it get Radio 4? Or did you mean electric?
