We had this discussion yesterday and now Richard Wenner emails: "Eddie, you may like this that we hotographed, from your very own homeland!" Richard is cycling from "John OG to Lands End".

Somebody's been tampering with that sign - but it is a laugh!
The one I love is on a main route into Cornwall (can't remember the road number, but it bypasses Launceston) where there are signs alerting one to cattle crossing the road, followed by special traffic lights for said bovines.
Has anybody here ever seen a cow push a button, I wonder?

I find it hilarious that the Welsh go out of their way to demand that their road signs are in 'Cymraeg'. And yet all their Bed and Breakfast signs are in English.

There are similar road signs in Amish areas in the US.
