Party bloggers

Sadly not the kind of party where you might pull a cracker or get a free paper hat but some evidence of the increasingly active engagement of Britain's political parties with the blogosphere. The supposed candidates for a new Conservative party logo appeared first on the Conservative Home blog while the Labour Party is holding a competition for an offical conference blogger (hat tip Guido)

Over the past year we've seen a significant increase in the impact of political blogs in the UK. This is another sign of that. And if you want to follow what's going on in them Alan Connor's list is a good primer.
