All good things must come to an end.

If you're in the UK you will hopefully have enjoyed the ability to watch live, streaming coverage of the Olympics and Paralympics over the past month.

Alongside live coverage, the BBC Sport website has offered hundreds of highlights sequences covering every sport, available on demand.

But on Tuesday 23 September the magic evaporates - the videos will all disappear. You have just a few days left to gorge yourselves on the very best of Beijing.

The reason the videos expire on Tuesday is that our agreement with the International Olympic Committee allows the BBC to provide video online in the UK, but only for a certain period of time during and after the Games - which is now coming to an end.

So find yourself a spare half hour over the next few days, then indulge in some magical moments one last time.

Start by reliving the opening ceremony, then remind yourself of the moment Nicole Cooke brought home Britain's first gold, in the women's road race cycling.

Most of us woke up to discover news of Rebecca Adlington's heroics in the pool on the first Monday of the Games, but you might have propped your eyes open with matchsticks to see her win the women's 400m freestyle in the early hours.

Whenever you finally went to bed, you can't have avoided Michael Phelps as he stormed from medal to medal, finishing with a record-breaking eight golds. Remember Steve Parry's moment of Phelps mania among the Beijing fans?

British success in the water was matched on top of the waves by the GB rowing and sailing teams. Take one last look at the peerless performance of the coxless four, and Ben Ainslie romping home to his third career Olympic gold.

Among dozens of highlights from the Bird's Nest, one man's achievements stand alone. I can still hear exhilarated commentator Steve Cram remarking, in awe, that Usain Bolt had "blown the world away" as he crossed the 100m finish line streets, acres, light years ahead of any competitor. (You can still hear it too, and watch it, till Tuesday.) ">Michael Johnson's reaction won't fade in the memory, and nor will Christine Ohuruogu's 400m win, rescuing Britain's track record in Beijing.

Not every video is worth watching solely for gold medals and glory. Tom Daley, at 14, appeared in two Olympic diving finals. Taekwondo star Sarah Stevenson had her defeat turned into victory in an unprecedented judging dispute, while her referee later saw stars when Cuba's Angel Matos kicked him in the head.

Speaking of bumps and bruises, pity the male modern pentathletes, who put up with a collection of horses utterly disinclined to jump fences during their show jumping round. And let's not forget Shanaze Reade's adrenaline-fuelled, agonising fall in the women's BMX either, which had me screaming at my television at 3am.

It's difficult to recall any other low points on two wheels for Britain. What better way to finish off your Beijing video tour than inside the Laoshan velodrome as Chris Hoy and friends make it look easy?
