Barack O'Bama

All would-be presidents try to court the Irish-American vote, and being able to provide evidence of Irish roots is de rigueur in that campaign. But few could have expected that America's first black (presumptive) presidential candidate could claim celtic origins.

With roots in Ireland and Kenya, with Muslim and Christian backgrounds, white and black parents; he's the embodiment of the great melting pot that is the United States.
