On a slightly different note, I think you and Simon SHOULD go to Kathmandu - sounds like a grand adventure we can't wait to observe unfold! *g*

Btw, you can read about festival here: http://www.himalassociation.org/kimff/
If nothing else, you'd think it would be cool festival (as in the opposite of too warm :)

why are the bits to camera so long. Is there no way of seeing more of Mark in Cannes. It doent look like he's up to much else during the day and there's 3 on the production team

The reason that there's three of them is for safety. If Mark starts to rant at dangerous levels then two of them can hold him down whilst the third quickly puts the Exorcist on to calm him down.

I didn't think that I could think any more highly of the good Doctor than I already do, but (almost) boycotting Nestle? Mark Kermode, I salute you.
Viva indeed :)

Mark were you purposely mispronouncing the title of the film and repeating it as much as possible during your blog in the style of your takes on "Sir Anthony Hopkins" or "Juddapatubada"? That can't be the case as Simon wasn't there to get annoyed. For future reference the 'ch' of Che is not pronounced 'sh' but rather like the 'ch' in church. Chay not Shay.
