Post categories:

Trev | 16:23 UK time, Sunday, 15 November 2009

Tommy has arrived!  Finally, that blonde chap in the opening credits has a name, and he's wasted no time in mixing things up.  Brilliant.  And, speaking of brilliant (smooth, I know), here are the fantastic tracks from Week 9:

Hitchcock - Top Of The World (Courtesy of BBC Introducing)

Blondie - Sunday Girl

Altered Images - Happy Birthday

The Fray - Never Say Never

Frontiers - In Pursuit (Courtesy of BBC Introducing)

The 1234s - I Would Be Rich (Courtesy of BBC Introducing)

Missy Elliott - Work It

Infadels - Top Boy

Editors - Munich

Hooverphonic - Mad About You

Hard Fi - Suburban Knights

Snow Patrol - Open Your Eyes

Goldfrapp - Satin Chic

Leni Ward - My Heart (Courtesy of BBC Introducing)

And don't forget to watch last week's Cut Special, with special guest band Party Horse (who galloped onto The Cut soundtrack through BBC Introducing).

AND also don't forget to listen to Switch with Annie and Nick tonight from 7pm on Radio 1 as a whole bunch of Cut cast will be in the studio (including Ed, who plays Tommy).  We've even laid on a special sneak advance preview of Monday's online episode in honour of the occasion.

That's it from me this week.
