Cuba, Castro and the blogs

For the first time since 1959 Fidel Castro is, termporarily, relinquishing control of Cuba. Naturally the blogosphere responds with a variety of opinions. Here are two very different overviews of what the blogs are saying: Georgia Popperwell at Globalvoices and A.M.Mora Y Leon at Publius Pundit.

We'll be looking at the story on Pods and Blogs, but it's hard to find voices within Cuba because of the limited net access and the restrictions on free speech. How should we cover the story given these restrictions? Let us know.
