Where was the Milibands' mother?

Michael Crick | 19:22 UK time, Saturday, 25 September 2010

I am told by a family friend of the Milibands that their mother Marion Kozak flew to New York earlier this week and will be there until at least next weekend.

In the circumstances I can't say I blame her. Friends say the last few months have been a real "strain" and she has said that life would have been a lot easier if the boys had become academics rather than politicians.

  • Comment number 1.

she was at home making the tea and was going to call them both in at any minute and she would not let them out again after Dick Barton.....

    AND ANOTHER THING

Does Mummy give tham a whack up the lug for doing the Blair Glottal? They SURELY do not speak like that in the Mili-hatchery - do they?

It will be fascinating to see if Limited Ed drops the glottal when facing Dave who speaks rather better than prop'ly, dont'cha know!
