British Soap Awards: Voting closed!

The British Soap Awards 2012 shortlist has been announced, with EastEnders up for numerous gongs.

Voting has now closed, below is a list of the shortlist...

Tanya Jessop, Jack Branning and Alfie Moon

Sexiest Male

Scott Maslen (Jack Branning) has made it onto the shortlist once again. Let's make sure he wins his fourth Sexiest Male award in a row!

   

Sexiest Female

 Soap Award, Soap Award on the wall, who's the sexiest female of them all? Jacqueline Jossa (Lauren Branning) and Preeya Kalidas (Amira Masood) are the ladies to vote for!

  

Villain of the year

 'Mwah ha ha' *evil laugh*... Which Walford baddy will you vote for? Yusef Khan (Ace Bhatti) or Ben Mitchell (Joshua Pascoe)?

  

Best Actor

Shane Richie (Alfie Moon) has made it onto the shortlist for all of his amazing performances!

  

Best Actress

Two of The Square's leading ladies, Jo Joyner (Tanya Jessop) and Nina Wadia (Zainab Masood) are up for Best Actress. Who have you enjoyed watching the most?

 

 

In addition to the Viewers Vote, EastEnders is the only show to be shortlisted for all nine Panel Vote categories!

Best comedy performance

The hilarious Kim Fox (Tameka Empson)

Best young performance

Butter wouldn't melt Abi Branning (Lorna Fitzgerald)  

Spectacular scene of the year

The amazing Christmas fire at the B&B

Best on-screen partnership

The very much 'on-again' Max and Tanya (Jake Wood & Jo Joyner)

Best newcomer

New bad man on The Square Derek Branning (Jamie Foreman)

Best exit

Oh how we still miss her - Pat Evans (Pam St. Clement)

Best Dramatic performance

The truly incredible Tanya Jessop (Jo Joyner)

Best stoyline

The one that's had us all weeping - Tanya’s cancer

Best single episode

The other one that had us all weeping! Pat’s exit
