Gig Round-Up: Elton John, Lostprophets, F.O.G.

Legendary singer Sir Elton John has announced a show at the Odyssey Arena, Belfast. The English pianist and singer will perform on June 7th.

His music career has spanned five decades and seen over a 250 million record sales with hits including 'Crocodile Rock', 'Candle in the Wind' and 'Tiny Dancer'.

As yet no Dublin dates have been announced.


Welsh rockers Lostprophets will play the Ulster Hall on April the 16th. Their fifth studio album 'Weapons' will be released on the 2nd of April 2012.

Joshua Burnside, Echo Raptors, Cass Cassidy, Tribe, Pete McAuley, Benny Fyfe at Love and Death, Belfast on Monday the 13th February.

The Dead Presidents, Levity Breaks, Watch Me Explode at Cloisters, Ballynahinch on Friday the 3rd of February.

The Holy ghost Explosion, Making Monsters, Conor Hughes at INF, Warrenpoint on Saturday the 11th of February.

Until This Day, City of Stars, Sorcha and Hannah, Aunt Annies, Belfast on Tuesday the 7th of February.
