HOMEWORK 1


Sentence: I went to a business meeting today and I nearly feel asleep, it was very bored
Answer: I went to a business meeting today and I nearly fell asleep, it was very boring

Sentence. I've just read a great book about the history of Mexico, It was really interesting
Answer: the sentence don't change

Sentence: I was really exiting when I found out I'd won a prize in the lottery.
Answer: I was really exited when I found out I'd won a prize in the lottery

Sentence: I was surprising when I learnt I was going to be the BBC Learnig Englhis blogger
Answer: I was surprised when I learnt I was going to be the BBC Learning Englhish blogger

    Thanks for your homework and congratulations, you got all the answers right - well done!

    One tiny thing to be aware of is the spelling of 'exciting'. Without the 'c' the meaning is rather different!
