Friday again - we don't know where the time goes to, but what we do know is, it's time to give away all of the week’s downloads in one convenient area of the internet - just for your enjoyment.

The week’s downloads looked thus:

Tosca - In My Brain (Richard Dorfmeister Vs MDLA Unreleased Extended Version)

Maximo Park - Brain Cells

Prince - Da Dourgeoisie

Tiny Leaves - Speaking Of Things As Yet Unseen

And rounding up the MPFree EP this week:

Throwing Muses - Slippershell

This is the first new material from them in 10 years! Although they’ve been busy since recently reforming with new album Purgatory/Paradise due out 3rd December. It contains a whopping 32(!) tracks and is being accompanied by a 64-page book designed by drummer Dave Narcizo featuring lyrics, stories and essays by Kristin Hersh. Kristin has also been busy during the band’s decade-long interim with various solo and collaborative musical projects, releasing a memoir called Rat Girl in 2010, and co-founding CASH Music; a non-profit that supplies open-source tools to musicians. They sound like they haven’t lost their touch with Slippershell and it sounds like a great way to return.
