I Need A Hero
So - Tuesday was Heroes day (again) on Radio One - the Petrelli Brothers came in to chat to me and Moyles - which obviously required an early start...kinky boots and lashings of mascara. (girls , you know the score...?)
The boys are like peas in a pod - both completely obsessed with the art of fine dressing. They were in immaculate suits with tie pins...handkerchiefs...monogrammed shirts - both dewy skin and ridiculously fragrant - it all felt very Hollywood at radio 1 HQ yesterday. So - we had a genius idea to have a bit of fun with both of them and find out which of them was the superior superhero by setting them a series of challenges which included a seven song superhero shuffle and an extreme taste test - which involved eating scorpions..giant ants and colossal worms...all dried and long past their sell by date. Didn't quite work the way we thought when we issued the challenge and they promptly declared they couldn't possibly do it cause they were vegetarians...Doh!! Tried my best to extricate as many Heroes secrets as I possibly could - mainly learning that Nathan and jessica get it together again - but more in series three rather than two...Nathan and his daughter Clare's relationship deepens and that the beard you see Nathan sporting in episode One is all his own and took him three months to grow...as Ice Cube once said...twas a good day...

NOOOOOOOOOOO! Its brillent honest Id say the first few eps are a bit slow and in the middle, but the last 5 eps are amazing really so keep with it its well worth it. You will wet your self at the end with excitment!! and it leads nicely into Villains.
