A good death.
On PM recently, after the death of Keith Floyd, listeners shared their stories of a "good death". You can read more of that here.
In the programme this morning, we'll hear how more of our listeners view death.
Are you someone who wants a doctor to give you the bad news straight? One of our guests has some insightful views on that.

You chaps are on the ball this morning! Lots of new threads for us to comment on have come up in the last thirty mins. I'm wondering if you are really there or all this is pre-recorded...
Interesting programme. What a shame it isn't on at a more sensible time. Come on BBC schedulers!

My mum, suffering from cancer, was listening to the programme on terminal cancer issues but fell asleep - she wants me, daughter, to obtain a transcript of it - does anyone know how I can do this - spot the new user!! Many thanks, in anticipation......

Hello mumlesleybacon
Sorry to hear your mum's not well.
We don't have a transcript but she can listen again (link on right hand side of this page) if she gets a chance in next couple of days (changes 6am Saturday).
Or she can download the podcast (link also on right) and listen back when suits her.
Does that solve it?
