  I've always wondered if the tiles of an out door swimming pool were black, would the water be significantly warmer as the colour black absorbs more heat from the sun?
  
  As the pool would be very unattractive to swim in if it's black , what about half the tiles white and half black.
  
  Otherwise it could be possible to rig a few solar water panels to heat the pool?

  Each Constituency should have the power to SACK any Politician who is engage in something they feel is not what they wanted done when they voted to put their Member of Parliament into power.
  
  Democracy is about doing what THE PEOPLE want, NOT doing what YOU WANT to the PEOPLE!
  
  That way the Electorate would have more confidence in their Vote making a difference, if we could HOLD POLITICIANS TO ACCOUNT!
  
  I personally stopped voting ten years ago, and I will NOT VOTE AGAIN until TRUE DEMOCRACY is returned to this country.
