I suffer from schizophrenia, vulnerability to the sound of coughing, traffic and horns, laughter and feelings of guilt and embarrassment over minor sexual misdemenours.
It would be good to see more coverage of schizophrenia, because all the media is seemingly interested in is the link with violent behaviour.
As we remember those who fought and died in the world wars especially,I do remember The Cruel Sea,by the author Nicholas Monsarrat,in which there is a reference to the "repressive cough" of a bully.
Then there is James Joyce and sexuality, and he famously did not fight in WW1.
Best regards.
