The Cost of Cancelled Contracts..

Interesting report by the Independent into the possible cost of cancelling Fujitsu's 1bn contract to be the local service provider for the NHS's, National Progamme for IT. More analysis Tony Collins excellent blog here.

Remember we wondered what kind of cancellation clauses might need to be written into the big contracts for the National Identity Card Scheme. We're still interested in finding out more about that, if you know something do get in touch.
