Huge week for BBC Introducing this week. The third ever BBC Introducing Musicians' Masterclass takes place at five locations across the UK this Thursday (March 21st) with stations including BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, BBC Radio 2 and 6 Music all switching the spotlight on us. No pressure on the latest track to be added to the Radio 1 playlist then. It's Twin Falls and Romancer - you can listen below and cast your verdict in the comments section.

Hometown: Twin Falls is producer and songwriter Luke Stidson who records in his Somerset studio.

Style: Luke obviously isn't shy when it comes to being epic. Romancer is an aptly titled beautiful soundscape of layered synths, other worldy sounds and an understated vocal. It feels like a futuristic ballad set aboard a starship spinning through space. Think Mercury Rev, Spiritualized, Flaming Lips...

It's taken from his second full-length record, May All Your Dreams Be Full Of Light, released in May this year.

You need to know: Twin Falls recorded a session at Maida Vale earlier this year including this performance of Romancer

Supported by: Twin Falls has been submitting tracks to BBC Introducing for the last couple of years, with previous track Janie I Will Only Let You Down being played by his local show BBC Introducing in the West back in 2011. Luke has also been supported by BBC 6Music's Steve Lamacq and Tom Robinson.

Find out more: Head to the official Twin Falls website for more info and tour dates.
