Jane Hazlegrove as Dixie and Matt Bardock as Jeff in Casualty
As the Holby riots rage on, paramedics Jeff and Dixie find themselves trapped in the middle of the chaos. It's against every instinct they have to stay put, but that's what their orders are. Jeff's misgivings are soon proved correct when a fleeing rioter JJ hides from the police in the back of their ambulance. As Jeff and Dixie attempt to protect themselves from the tearaway kid, Jeff is injured. Trapped, and expecting major trouble to kick off at any moment, Jeff is forced to face the grim reality of his own family situation...

Tess, looking forward to the Olympics and the BBC coverage... think the layout for the online pages, especially with the new 'favourites' addition is great.. The horrible histories karaoke not so much! The 2012 Olympics buildup has been amazing... especially enjoyed this Olympics post I spotted on a South African blog last week... looks like the excitement is definitely global!

The BBC schedule sounds comprehensive - can't think of anything more I would need... really looking forward to an exciting couple of weeks of sport (and lots of medals for the UK!)
@Craig Smith - lol, loved the Olympics cartoon link... looks like the hype has certainly spread worldwide!

Actually the Horrible Histories Karaoke sounds like way more fun than the Olympics... quite frankly can't wait for them to be over so life can get on back to normal in London.

For all the news stories that the BBC spouted about security and other problems. How about getting their own house in order. Red button shambles. Wanted to watch some of the footie last night and NONE of the Red Button channels were working properly. And, radio times tells us that Olympic Radio is on Freeview Channel 723, it isn't Talk Sport are still there. Or, do we have to do ANOTHER rescan on Saturday
