Nicky tests a high-tech swimsuit
They played a part in 43 new world records being set at the World Swimming Championships last week, and Rebecca Adlington told an Italian newspaper she reckons they are 'technological doping'.
They've been banned as of next year - but what can a swimming 'super suit' do for the 'Edinburgh Eel'?
We sent Nicky to his local pools to find out the truth behind the new high-tech swimsuits. Have a look at the film below...

Terrifying that the new suit takes 10% off an amateur time! It must be the same for a professional if not more hence all the world records! When these suits are banned all the world records must be restored to previous times otherwise we may never see another world record in our life time. One thing is for sure is that they look better than the traditional Speedo!
I think nicky will need an outboard to get in to the 2012 team suit or no suit!!!!
