Taxpayers have spent 117-billion-pounds propping up British banks. A report from the National Audit Office says the potential bill is as much as 850-billion-pounds. There's a lot of resentment towards bankers over the bail-out and their bonuses. Will the public stand for it? Is it right to hate the bankers?
