I've got a pod playlist of songs I listen to in the changing room before playing rugby, up tempo rock, Whole lotta love, whole lotta Rosie, Ace of spades, Paranoid, Run to the hills etc. They usually get my adrenalin going and my aggression fired. (only problem is I once listened to them driving home and ended up with a speeding ticket!)
