175 killed in Iraq
Good morning...
The main story on the programme .... one of the most deadly attacks of the insurgency, as 175 people are reportedly killed in Iraq.
Ross Hawkins in out and about bringing us this report...
How green is your green belt? That's the question from the Social Market Foundation think tank this morning. It says some of the land in the protected green belts around our cities is far from beautiful, and we should debate building on it.
It's a hugely sensitive political issue. Gordon Brown was happy to say we need to build 3 million new homes by 2020 - but he made it very clear the green belt would be protected. The SMF says that means some drab pieces of land are being preserved.

This morning I'm in a not so tranquil part of the green belt outside Manchester finding out more. But what do you think? Should the homes that won't fit on brownfield sites be built on precious green space near existing developments? Or on their own in the middle of the country?
Forget the prawn sandwich brigade, now Roy Keane has got it in for the WAGS. And 'Bench it like Beckham', Becks makes a plea to impatient fans.
And it's the beginning of the road for Celtic and Liverpool as they gear up for the Champions league - we'll hear the latest from both camps.
