Keeping cool
We'll be trying to keep our cool in the studio this morning.
Unlike our BBC colleague John Sweeney who rather lost his making a film about the Church of Scientology - go here to find a a clip or look here on YouTube
Ever lost your rag in such spectacular fashion?

I think Sweeney was right. Unfortunatly, he fell into the trap set by many authoritarian groups.
John Sweeney has all my sympathy because of reasons I cannot discuss now. But thank you BBC and Panorama - it put me on my guard.
I see it is suggested by a Panorama representative that in this and other enquiries into them - the only way that Scientologists offer to defend their organisation is via harassment, spoilers and lawyers.
Your "religion" needs lawyers, Scientologists? John Travolta, Tom Cruise and Kirstie Alley - I am afraid you have lost me then no matter how deeply you believe.
Yes, there you have celebrity spokespersons mostly actors and actresses - screaming to me well spoken propaganda and then even their testimonies were withdrawn! Again - by solicitors.
Yes I will view it with interest and for educational purposes. Cripes! Over the last few weeks I have had blinkers removed and how. What an odd world.
It is truly a sociopath who doesn't miss a beat when being screamed at.
Interesting that such a contentious subject has three posts - I've just watched Panorama and oohhhhhhh eeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrr, not a hobby I'll be taking up.
I too have now watched Panorama and am more on John Sweeney's side than ever. That is because I put his screaming at Anne Archer's boy in context - which is more than the Scientologist's are doing via the You Tube post.
It was disconcerting but Mr Sweeney stayed the course and reduced volume when his message was finally got across the constant hectoring from his opponant.
I once was suckered into considering a time share in Spain - resisted their sales pitch - that was later proved a con - but watching that programme yesterday brought it back to mind because of the tactics used.
"Tonight Matthew, I will be Tom Cruise in both Mission Impossible One and Magnolia"
An actresses son but in my opinion not a particularly good actor the Scientologist's lead spokesperson.
The rehearsed lines to John Sweeney and the turn to camera to emphasis "he will not be responsibile for his actions" did not convince me.
I suspect Scientology has something going for its followers but if its spokespersons can deny aspects of its history that doesn't suit today's world and uses "Fair Game" tactics to EVERY critic - then it seems to have a lot to hide.
And I asked myself at the end - what had I learnt to draw me to being a Scientologist? Absolutely nothing! And that was NOT John Sweeney's fault.
