How long for a life?
Good morning! The most senior judge in England and Wales says murderers spend too long in prison. Needless to say, this one has a lot of people talking...
Also on the show, the government's progress on its promotion of good health has been assessed... and it's got pretty low marks. We'll be speaking to health minister Caroline Flint.
What are the odds of this happening again? Three English teams, four Champion's League ties. How likely is it any of them will face each other again? The draw's later today, and we'll assess the odds.

The Odds are 4:1
Can one ask if there is a particular week of the year when eminent people are allowed to say things and then ask incredulously "did I actually say that out loud?"
If so - may I suggest this IS that week.
If someone is given a life sentence for murder or another serious crime, the guilty party should then spend life in prison.
In my opinion when "life in prison" should mean exactly that.
