How long for a life?

Shelagh Fogarty | 05:27 UK time, Friday, 9 March 2007

Good morning! The most senior judge in England and Wales says murderers spend too long in prison. Needless to say, this one has a lot of people talking...

Also on the show, the government's progress on its promotion of good health has been assessed... and it's got pretty low marks. We'll be speaking to health minister Caroline Flint.

What are the odds of this happening again? Three English teams, four Champion's League ties. How likely is it any of them will face each other again? The draw's later today, and we'll assess the odds.
