Rumour of the day - How old is Martins?
Newcastle are still trying to secure the services of a top striker before the transfer window closes on August 31st and it is possible that they may get one of their targets, Inter Milan's Obafemi Martins, cheaper than the Italian's £10million valuation.
Reports in Nigeria suggest that Martins may be six years older than his official age of 21. The possible error emerged after Newcastle defender Celestine Babayaro claimed to have played alongside Martins in the Nigerian youth set-up - Babayaro turns 28 in two weeks.
Is there any truth to this rumour? Our sports reporter, Matt Williams, believes it is likely.
