Euro 2008 promises a feast of fantastic football - and BBC Sport Interactive will be bringing you all the very best action, news and views from Austria and Switzerland.

From live coverage and match highlights for our UK audience to Match of the Day Unplugged and our Euro 2008 blog, we'll be keeping you up to speed as 16 nations battle for the Henri Delaunay Trophy.

And with the changes we have made to the way you view video on our website, we believe the whole experience will be better than ever.

There will also be our popular live text commentaries, provided by Caroline Cheese and Jonathan Stevenson, plus match reports and the key quotes from every game.

Don't forget, too, our comprehensive stats service, providing you with all the fixtures, results and tables wherever you are and whenever you want.

And if you're on Facebook, you can download an application that will allow you to get all the major news on your favourite team.

Lastly, a mention for two extra-special additions to our team.

First, Fletch will be blogging his way around the host nations, meeting fans, chatting to locals and taking in the sights.

If you've any suggestions for places to visit or things do, drop him a line via his blog. He'd love to hear from you.

Then there is You Are The Ref, featuring the stunning drawings of Paul Trevillion and giving you the chance to test your refereeing skills. It's already proving a big hit.

Anyway, below is a rundown of what we're offering:

Live coverage:
Every game being screen live by BBC TV will also be available to watch live on the BBC Sport website.

Highlights:
There will be highlights of every game shortly after the final whistle, available to watch on both the BBC Sport website and your mobile phone.

Archive:
We've also got the very best action from previous European Championships. See Marco van Basten's amazing strike again and again and again...

Match of the Day Unplugged:
Bringing you the very best action away from the pitch.

Euro 2008 blog:
Fletch will be blogging about his experiences in both Austria and Switzerland, while the likes of Gavin Peacock, Steve Wilson, Jacqui Oatley, John Murray and Jake Humphrey will also be contributing, too.

Hope you enjoy it all and here's to a great tournament.

Of course it's not the same without England but come on - what made you interested in football in the first place? Enjoy the spectacle - life is too short to be so negative. £500 million to stage this event so you may be surprised how many are interested...

Scour this website to whet your appetite - it's excellent!!

I love that England didn't qualify they are often by far the most boring team normally espeically considering the talent they are meant to have. And when England are in it everytime some player has a more than average game he gets called a legend and compared to Pele or Maradona, every time someone has a below average game they get booed and told they should quit.

C'mon the Czechs I have been looking forward to this since the world cup I love football and i particulaly love international tournaments they are something special.

From the Turkeys point of view, its probably the best thing ever.

Seeing as its all English commentators, i'm sure you'll manage to get plenty of mentions though.

Why no Scottish, Welsh, or Northern Irish commentary teams there?

    EBC all over again?

We've had two days of action, but the tournament has been waiting for Group C to light it all up. Expect a Romanian upset (to win or at least draw) against the French. Italia 1 Holland 0.
