Lib Dems 'do it again'

And so they've done it again.
The Lib Dems have taken Dunfermline West from Labour - just as they did in the Westminster by-election last year.

This proves if proof be needed that the voters are disillusioned with Labour at least in West Fife; this is not down to a love affair with the Liberals the reason for this change is to be found in the decisions that have been taken to the detriment of this constituency, who was in power and is responsible for these changes that changed this voting pattern, Jack McConnell.
