I knew that it wasn't a good idea that Ronnie and Jack tried to get back together again, but I thought that if they did would they be able to forgive and forget? Obviously that sadly hasn't been the case. I don't think that Ronnie will ever forgive herself for what she did and how she ruined her marriage to Jack. So the time has come to get out the tissues, and bid farewell to Jack who realises that there is nothing left for him in Walford so he packs his bags and leaves for good. So Scott Marslen(Jack) finishes a very successful stint on the Square, all the best for the future Scott in whatever you choose to do next, thanks for bringing to life the character of Jack Branning so beautifully, it shows that you are a very talented actor.

Meanwhile another relationship is doomed to peril as Fatboy and Poppy's relationship goes from bad to worse. Poppy is suffocating Fatboy by pressuring him into buying a house and moving out of Walford, Fatboy obviously doesn't want to leave as this is where all his friends are, and he feels that he isn't ready to make that monumental leap and buy a house yet. So Poppy feels that their relationship can go no further. It seems that it will be gloomy week on the Square this week, let's hope that it becomes a happier place to be soon.

I'm getting tired of Janine & Michael already. I liked Poppy, but can't see Fats wanting to leave Walford. I also liked Jack but he really didn't seem to do much in the last couple of years and pairing him with Sharon was a terrible decision. What a weird pair they made, no chemistry, seemed like Sharon was desperate and Jack would shag anyone. Jack and Ronnie did have chemistry, wonder if Sharon is going to get a good storyline or are they going to make her like Pauline Fowler was, a sour faced moaner, she'll be getting a job at the Laundromat soon.

I do like Jacks character but I do agree that it is his time to leave. It seemed like it was running out of storylines. that's why Eastenders made him pair up with Sharon, who also doesn't have any good storylines.

Noooooo, will really miss jack :( yeah he didn't have any good storylines recently, but I love him and Ronniie together (although I knew it wouldn't last- it is eastenders). It would of been nice to have them together and maybe try for another baby and you see them move on from their past - there should be some happiness for ronnie!

Oh not another decent story coming to an end! I had hoped they would get back together also, as I do with Kat and Alfie. They must do something about those two. Roxy is too needy - drives me nuts!
I think the programme really needs an injection of humour, the way it had with Kat and Alfie when they first got together and Dot with the old man. Can't remember his name . . . Life isn't all moans, groans and break ups and people turning up on the doorstep as a long-lost sister, brother, aunt, uncle, etc. Too much of that. Some people have a laugh.

Luckiest nanna when EastEnders was created by Julia Smith and Tony holland they set out for the show to be drama with no comedy that is why the show become so successful as it was different from coronation street that showed comedy and humour .EastEnders doesn't need to focus on comedy it needs to focus on more gripping storylines

Well, it most certainly had humor when it first started. Dot, Ethel and Lou Beale were a tag team. They had some hilarious moments, you can see old episodes on YouTube. I remember when Dot, Ethel and Lou were going to dress up as witches for Bonfire night, hilarious.

The fact that Alfie just left walford when running a pub is pathetic and leaving Fatboy in charge of the Vic is so stupid when you have tracy who has worked there for years and years .Can not wait to see the back of Lorraine's awful work The show hasn't a clue.Bring on Dominic's first episode
