Dom - is enjoying the weekend
Carrie - will be enjoying a four hour drive up the M1 to Yorkshire
Rach - is celebrating her friend Tash's birthday!

He will also then be planning his weekend which he'll tell all about on Tuesday (as he's not here on Monday) and then he'll be going to see The Oasis at Wembley.
Dave is looking forward to The Oasis at Wembley and will also be un packing some boxes from his garage
Carrie is getting ready to see The Oasis tonight and she'll be sorting out her neck as it's a little stiff.
Rachel is going to work out what thing needs to be dropped from today's schedule - work, sleep, exercise or see The Oasis to make it all fit in.
Dom will be presenting the Oddbox. It's on various BBC channels. Dom started listing the times but our attention span was too short so missed it. He's then travelling to David's house and listening to The Oasis.
Aled is heading home to Wales to go back to his old school for a BBC Wales TV show

Carrie - today is legs, bums and tums day, followed by a kip and then Torchwood
Dom - has a bums and thumbs class today, then he has a meeting this afternoon
Rach - is going to have a sleep and then a very big session on the cross trainer
Aled - in anticipation of Chris enjoying the plodcast, he'll be making a generic version for the Radio 1 website for listeners to download

For Chris it's weigh-in day at the gym - he would love to lose 3lbs this week and will reveal tomorrow how much he lost. He's then looking forward to seeing episode 2 of Torchwood (if you missed the first one you can see it on the iPlayer)
Dave will be working on a pilot of an exciting new game for the arrival of Chip Diddy Chip Chipmunk tomorrow on the show
Dom has no plans today but will be keeping an eye on the weather
Rachel is going out to lunch with her good friend Rachael she's then doing some pilates
Carrie is having a sleep - she's then going to the gym, she also has to cash in some cheques to the bank (the cheques were made out to her maiden name - all very frustrating!)
Aled will be working on his Plodcast for Chris' run, he will then have some record company appointments ahead of tomorrow's playlist

Aled is (oddly) not that tired as he spent the evening with Alesha Dixon, today he'll be working on the next 7 shows that come outside of Radio 1 HQs.

Dom is going to the tip to bin a shed-load of rubbish. Tonight he'll attempt a Chris Moyles burger omelette.
Carrie is off to Bradfield School to do a chat about journalism.
Aled is going for a seven song run around the park. After that he'll be cooking one of Chris' burger omelettes to welcome back Emile from his holiday.

Aled is talking to some old friends about the very sad news and then heading up to Rhyl .
Rachel - is at Glastonbury probably getting very wet, and also probably trying to listen to Michael Jackson when she gets chance

Rachel is going to Glastonbury! And won't be returning back to work until next Wednesday
Aled is preparing for his early wake up tomorrow, by going to playlist, having a drink with the producer of The Surgery, then attending Matt Finchams drinks - so a slot of sleep tonight then!

Dave is going to the generic building store to buy beading for his new wooden floor. He'll then be oiling his floor later (whatever that means)

Dom is taking Xanthe for some injections and Finn swimming.

Carrie is going to the gym. She might do some tai chi depending on what mood she's in.

Rachel is going to go for a run and then will start packing for Glastonbury. She needs to find the air pump to blow up the mattresses.

Aled is doing project tidy up. He has 2 weeks to tidy his desk. (it will take that long)

Chris - is going to hang outside Radio 1 after the show to meet the Jonas Brothers. He's then going home to train for 2 hours, and tonight he's out for dinner with some of his showbiz chums

Dave - is awaiting delivery of a washer/dryer and fridge freezer

Dom - is paying a carpet man for carpets he forgot to pay for

Carrie - is doing some cardiovascular work and then is doing Tai Chi

Rachel - will also be doing a massive training session after eating far too much this weekend

Aled - is on his way back from Stoke
