Today Chris is going home to sort out a few bits and bobs. He's then going for a run and then preparing for tomorrow's video shoot, Peter Kay and watching tonight's Children In Need show which he hosted

Dave is going home to look at the pictures in Peter Kay's book and then ironing a shirt for another wedding

Dom has a combination of Odd Box, buying a manbag and watching Children In Need concert

Carrie is going to interview Jenson Button and then watching the Children In Need concert tonight on BBC1

Rachel will be going to yoga at lunchtime with Matt and then celebrating the 5 years of knowing her husband.

Aled has a few meetings, he's then going to the gym and then he'll be chatting online as part of Radio 1's Bullyproof week!

Chris - has a nice relaxing day ahead of him, catching up on Entourage, Spooks and then playing some Call Of Duty. He might also cook beef chocolate and chilli sauce after yesterday's successful recipe

Dave - will be catching up with some assorted jobs and then he's going out to lunch with Tulisa from N-Dubz*

Carrie - will catch up on some sleep and then has pregnant yoga tonight

Rachel - has a day full of high-powered meetings, then she has dinner with her friends Dana and Rachel tonight

Aled - on the day that all he wants to do is sleep, he will be filming playlist, and then going for a leaving meal this evening

Dom - is buying a manbag today - it might be stressed leather

Carrie - is going to meet her friend Lottie for lunch and then go for a walk

Aled - is taking part in a quiz TV show about rugby in Cardiff

Dom - is doing general bits and bobs

Chris - is off to film his TV show (which features Radio 1's Fearne Cotton tonight) and then he's going for a big run

Dave - in his showbiz world, he will be doing a big wash

Rachel - will be attempting a run at lunchtime, but if it rains she won't bother.

Carrie - is having a photo taken for the calendar and catching up on reality TV

Dominic - is also taking part in the photo shoot and will be watching I'm A Celebrity

Chris - has a script meeting this morning, then he's going to go home to decide whether to play Modern Warfare 2, have a sleep, go for a run or go to the pub - or possibly all four!

Dave - is looking forward to an afternoon nap, then he's cosying up at home with his dear wife and daughter

Carrie - is going up north to see her husband; they have a Moulin Rouge ball tomorrow night which will be most fun

Dom - is going out for a posh meal with some friends to celebrate his birthday

Aled - is sleeping and then he's going to the University of Hertfordshire to play some Britney megamixes

Chris - is going to the Royal Albert Hall to rehearse all day, then tonight he's off to host the Children In Need Rocks The Royal Albert Hall gig. It's got an amazing line-up - more details tomorrow
Dave - is doing a few little jobs and then also off to the Royal Albert Hall gig.
Dom - is doing the Odd Box today, then babysitting this evening as Nic has started playing netball again
Carrie - is being prodded by a midwife and will be having a nice chilled night tonight
Rachel - is having lots of high-powered meetings and then off to the Royal Albert Hall tonight, she will be singing along very loudly
Aled - is going to the gym to meet his trainer and then will be getting stuff ready for the weekend

Rachel - has lots of work to do and then off to a high-powered meeting at TVC today. She'll then attempt to do some exercise
Aled - will be getting his Visa for Uganda today, then it's playlist this afternoon before going out with Surgery team tonight for dinner
Carrie - is going to have a fairly quiet day doing a bit of shopping before watching Flash Forward. Then off to baby yoga tonight
Dom - is having a boring meeting at TVC then going to watch Chris's TV show tonight with his parents and his wife

Chris - is going home for a run, then he's writing his script for the Children In Need gig on Thursday, then he's filming episode two of his new quiz show and then he's going to sleep

Dave - is looking into some satellite maintenance work

Dom - will be spending his special birthday doing special things; he'll be presenting special birthday Newsbeat bulletins, then he'll go home on the special birthday train, probably having a special birthday sleep on the way and then he'll get back to his special birthday home where his wife Nic has special birthday things planned

Carrie - will be interviewing Freddie Flintoff (listen to the show tomorrow for highlights), then she'll go home for a sleep and then she'll be catching up on Flash Forward

Aled - is in Stoke-On-Trent learning how to have a healthy diet

Rach - has lots of meetings today and then she has pilates this evening

Chris' girlfriend is away this weekend working on Strictly Come Dancing, so he has a free pass till Sunday - he'll be using it to watch Spooks, Entourage, drink a bit, and eat some things, along with a spot of running

Dave - will be celebrating the end of the week and will be watching West Ham vs. Everton on Sunday

Dom - is going to his village Bonfire Party tomorrow

Carrie - is going up north with her friends Ruth and Asa and the dogs

Rachel's wedding presents are arriving today so she'll be opening them with her husband Mally, then tomorrow she has a five hour coast walk

Aled - will be snooping backstage at Switch Live - listen from 7 on Sunday for highlights...he'll also be recording some bits for our show!

Chris - has a meeting with Kevin from Comic Relief, then he's going to his tailors to get measured for a new suit, then he's going shopping for some new clothes and then he has a script meeting for his forthcoming TV show...it's a busy day

Dave - is working on a very exciting secret project (more news to follow...)

Dom - is writing the Oddbox and then he's spending the rest of the day with his daughter Xanthe who is four years old today

Carrie - is having lunch with her husband who is randomly in London as he's filming for Strictly Come Dancing (which unfortunately features her ex-boyfriend) and then she's got her first pregnant yoga class

Aled - has a meeting at Radio 1, then playlist and then some more jabs before going out for birthday drinks

Rachel - as she was in early, she'll be leaving earlier to do a work out DVD with her friend Dana

Aled - is having an interview with in-house BBC magazine Ariel. Then he's got record company appointments before going to the gym with his trainer
