Chris' girlfriend is away this weekend working on Strictly Come Dancing, so he has a free pass till Sunday - he'll be using it to watch Spooks, Entourage, drink a bit, and eat some things, along with a spot of running

Dave - will be celebrating the end of the week and will be watching West Ham vs. Everton on Sunday

Dom - is going to his village Bonfire Party tomorrow

Carrie - is going up north with her friends Ruth and Asa and the dogs

Rachel's wedding presents are arriving today so she'll be opening them with her husband Mally, then tomorrow she has a five hour coast walk

Aled - will be snooping backstage at Switch Live - listen from 7 on Sunday for highlights...he'll also be recording some bits for our show!

Chris - has a meeting with Kevin from Comic Relief, then he's going to his tailors to get measured for a new suit, then he's going shopping for some new clothes and then he has a script meeting for his forthcoming TV show...it's a busy day

Dave - is working on a very exciting secret project (more news to follow...)

Dom - is writing the Oddbox and then he's spending the rest of the day with his daughter Xanthe who is four years old today

Carrie - is having lunch with her husband who is randomly in London as he's filming for Strictly Come Dancing (which unfortunately features her ex-boyfriend) and then she's got her first pregnant yoga class

Aled - has a meeting at Radio 1, then playlist and then some more jabs before going out for birthday drinks

Rachel - as she was in early, she'll be leaving earlier to do a work out DVD with her friend Dana

Chris - is doing a couple of voiceovers and then off to the gym. After that he's off home and may do some cooking if he's in the mood

Dom - is making a couple of boring calls and doing boring stuff of no interest for the rest of the day

Carrie - is going to have a sleep after a late night last night. After that she might have a swim before catching up on Flash Forward and Come Dine With Me starring Roy Walker

Dave - will also be watching Come Dine With Me and then general schnizz

Aled - is having an interview with in-house BBC magazine Ariel. Then he's got record company appointments before going to the gym with his trainer

Rachel - is on a recce somewhere in the UK.

Dom - will be finishing making Halloween costumes for his children and wife

Carrie - Tom's down for the weekend, so they're having a big gathering

Chris - is getting re-measured for his suits for the new TV series and tonight he's going to Bristol to do something secret

Dave - will be continuing his global ring quest; he also needs to pick up his new dining room table and chairs this afternoon

Dom - is thinking of taking Fin to the Arsenal vs. Liverpool game tonight as he's on half term and he's never been to a football match before

Aled - is having some injections and then he's attending playlist

Rachel - will be working hard today and will be going for a run in Regent's Park at lunchtime

Carrie - is going for a long walk in the Chiltern Hills

Hi everyone.... This is a story about Comedy Dave....

There was once a bloke called Dave who got married to lovely lady called Jayne.

Dave, Jayne and their daughter went on holiday to Florida. After a day of fun and sun on the beach, Dave returned to his holiday home to discover that he'd lost his wedding ring. Jayne wasn't too happy.

The End

So, now we ask you the people of the UK, the USA and the world to start looking for Dave's wedding ring. It's a simple band which must be buried in the sand somewhere on Pine Beach in Florida.

Here's a map. The last time it was spotted was under one of the palm trees on the bottom right of the map. X marks the spot

Chris is going home today for a long long run, he's then heading up to Bolton to see Mr Vernon Kay. He'll be joining Vernon on his show tomorrow morning at the Pheonix Club.

Dave is going to enjoy having a nice quiet weekend at home (for a change).

Carrie is going to interview English Cricket Captain Andrew Strauss and then she's off to Darlington

Dom is going to his cousin Katie's wedding and then recovering for the rest of the weekend!

Aled is spending the weekend travelling, a bit of DJing in Scotland, attending Mental Health day in Swansea for BBC Headroom and promoting his bullying TV documentary in Wales for BBC2 Wales.
