Chris - today Chris has a medical then he's dashing straight to the recording studio, where he'll be hanging out with Dave and Dom to record some tracks
Dave - will be laying down some tracks today in the studio
Carrie - is catching up on the weekend's TV 'cos it's raining - she'll be watching Strictly Come Dancing and the X Factor
Aled - is clearing up a stain on his wall
Dom - is also laying down his tracks with Chris and Dave in the studio, and might be trying to befriend 'Edward'
