Chris is going to the gym and then heading home to meet up with his mate Ricky and possibly Andi.

Dom is having lunch with a Chinese friend and catching up with some sleep. He's also going to try and cook a burgerlette 'cos he didn't manage it last night.
Carrie is off to pilates and then she's going to the theatre darhling with a friend.
Aled isn't going to have time to make a burgerlette as he's travelling to the location of the next Chris Moyles Show Karaoke!
