CHRIS is meeting his new personal trainer and is having a session with him, his friend Steve is then coming over to try and get all the photos back that he seems to have lost!
DAVE is buying some wood and some wood filler and then going to the pub for quiz night (with his live-in-builder-Paul)
CARRIE is going to check out a new gym and then cooking a lasagne
RACHEL is going to be doing some exercise, sorting out some wedding stuff and watching Big Brother
DOM is being a new dad
ALED is having a team meeting, doing an interview with C2 on BBC Radio Cymru then seeing... BRITNEY!

    big congrats to dom if and when he becomes a dad, i cant listen to the show as im in work and our managers insist that rubbish local radio must be played at all times, luckily tho i do have many many podcasts to fall back on, i just wish that they were daily like that mills fella, you know the one, the afternoon bloke who's not as good as you.

I have almost crashed my car several times from laughing so hard at some of the things you the morning team say or do... if im not working i have it on in the morning listing in the house on the computer laughing just as hard..
