Happy Birthday Carrie and Matt!

Chris staretd by having a birthday cake so will be burning that off with a 5 mile run and celebrating the fact that he's lost 4 lbs
Birthday Carrie is celebrating her brithday with her family, they're baking her a cake.
Birthday Matt is going to the pub to celebrate his birthday too!
Dave is going to the tip again, and then picking some fruit in the garden with his daughter Dom will be enjoing the sun which he predicts will reach 25.5'C in the garden
Rachel is going to Glastonbury! And won't be returning back to work until next Wednesday
Aled is preparing for his early wake up tomorrow, by going to playlist, having a drink with the producer of The Surgery, then attending Matt Finchams drinks - so a slot of sleep tonight then!

    loving the show, felt sorry for Carrie but someone had to win and someone had to lose. bet everyone thought that Matt would be the loser but seems like he has a following amongst the "civilians" and of course all Carrie's fans like the truckers etc had no access to the internet to vote. Shame.
