What the team are doing today
Chris - is spending some time with his Mum and Dad and then is going to exercise, have a sleep and then freshen up for his appearance on the One Show this evening at 7pm on BBC1
Dave - is going to the gym or having a kip as Nicole is at nursery - it'll probably be the former
Carrie - is sleeping after a late night being a contributor on the Surgery; then she'll clean the flat and watch the One Show and Heroes
Dom - is doing a big shop this afternoon and then will be watching the One Show
Aled - is going to a secret location with Tamsin
Rach - is halfway up a mountain!

Make sure you see the video of the Elton's party at the Oscars and Gordon Ramsey looking for Chris (Molysie as he calls him) - not once but twice. Chris will love it.

What a crap bunch of dj's on R1 these days, irritating beyond belief in the main. For a start:
replace moyles with Mark Lamarr if he's available. Even Brand would be an improvement.

Chris you were brilliant on The One Show, it was so funny! It was so much better than the fake celebs who just pretend to be interested. You're show is the best one on any radio station, ever!

Chris was really funny on the One Show.
The end had me in stitches. I think Chris tries too hard to be funny sometimes when he's on TV, which may be why he landed some of the criticism.
I also think Chris needs to gauge the moment, and the attitudes of the people around him more when he's on TV. Whenever I've seen him on TV, he's always been absolutely hilarious, but his bits are punctuated by awkward moments where he's misjudged the people around him (usually because they're humourless or too self-important to have a laugh).
Good luck up the big rock! He's looking awesome on the TV, much healthier!
