Willie and the Lord!!

Dom | 15:54 UK time, Wednesday, 22 October 2008

Hello bloggerloggers,

Dominic here again. It's a Wednesday so that means it's my turn to write about stuff that's been going on recently. Firstly as anyone listening to the show yesterday may have heard, i was involved in a "dead woodpecker" incident. You wouldn't believe the amount of grief that's caused me.

It's worth pointing out at this stage that i did not directly cause its death. I was merely having a wee with the en suite bathroom door open and it flew straight into our bedroom window. Poor thing. I disposed of it in the most human way i could think of (chuck over fence at back of garden) and left nature to do its thing. I do have some bird loving friends who are ignoring me a bit at the moment.

As if that wasn't interesting enough, we also had the amazing news that folk face are set to audition in front of Lord Andrew of Lloyd Webber Hall. He's writing a eurovision song and he wants someone to sing it. Ahem...Hello! Fingers crossed something positive happens for the good of folkface and the UK as a whole!

Lastly, i informed the team today that former jockey Willie Carson is so short he has to stand on a box when he's doing the racing on TV. His co-presenter Claire Baldrick is a bit taller so it evens them up. Amazing fact hey? yep

Anyway - that's enough fun and excitment for one day.

Hope everyone's well and happy,

bye bye

    hi chris,

i think the birds at the moment are going haywire!!

the other week i was doing my driving test and a phesant flew into the middle of the road and wouldnt move.

i failed my test because i slammed the breaks on because i did'nt want to kill it.

now i have to take another test costing £56!
