What the team are up to on Wednesday
Hello it's Rachel here. First of all thank you for reading the blog. Aled's on day 2 of his course, so here's what the team are up to today....
Chris has got to do some jobs that he didn't manage to do yesterday. So, he's cleaning the front room, doing a 3 mile run and then going out for a few beers later.
Dave is going to catch up on his sleep as he didn't have an afternoon nap yesterday. Then he might wash up.
Carrie is going to make some sort of morrocan lamb tagine.
Dom is recording something secret.
Rachel is going swimming and then meeting up with her good friend Rachael for a few white wines.
As I said thanks for reading the blog. Dom's on blog duties today so he'll report in later.
Remember...if anything goes wrong today...it's Matt Fincham's fault.

I love your show. In July when I was in Portugal I saw Cliff Richard in the supermarket. Everyone was looking at him, but nobody bothered him. He looked relaxed,brown,fit ,slim and well. Especially for his age.Just one man was with him and carrying his basket. made my day, I think you should have him on your show....If only for the Mums..........
