Ave ended up being removed from the train and arreasted by the British Transport Ploice at Crewe station... railway that iz noot ploice station!!!!
Although a did nearly end up at Crewe ploice station!!!!
It all started after a waz on a fast train from The BIG Smoke ter Liverpool and ended up sitting wreet opposite a sign, yes a sign.... A red sign that said 'To Speak To Driver Pull 'andle'.
A sat there for ages loooking at the sign... thinking.... loooking az yer do when yer on a train.... "AM ON THE TTRRAINNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (soz abitta Don Jolly there). Yes yer sit there and go inter a world of yer own.... deep in thought.... then a thought... what ave a goot ter lose.... everyone knows, 'ow much a wanter persue a carer, sorry career, on the railway, if a can't get inter showbizz, and ultimately become a train driver!!!!!
So a pulled the 'andle.... only problem the emergency brake activated and our 400 tonnes of 125mph train and 300 plus passengers, soz customers (must be railway pc)..... waz reduced ter zero mph!!!!!
And a did get ter speak ter the driver... 'e answered after we'd come ter a 'alt!!!!!
Rather sheepishly a asked the question thatta wanted ter ask, the reason a pulled the 'andle ter speak ter the driver..... "Err 'ello drive mate.... errrr a waz just wondering if yer now, sorry know, of any driver vacancies coming up soon??@?"
A tell yer all.... Next thing the trian manager arrived and all 'ell broke lose!!!!
A ended up reder than both the red 'andle and the red logo of the train company!!!!
When we goot ter Crewe, the train crew 'ad phoned through & a ended up being escorted off the train by the ploice who 'ad been called ter meet the train and aprhend me!!!!
All a can say iz after getting off..... a ended up getting off with a verbal warning after a told them ave goot both Steve Wright's & CLP's 'graphs!!!!!
Apparently the two ploice officers also turned out ter be full members of the Steve Wright Fan Club and avid readers of CLP's new Ant & Dec beating boook in the boook ratings!!!!!!
PS ALL FB Bloggie Pals... thanks ave tryed ter do the friend request return friend thingy but for some reason there's either a problem with me computer, FB, my bitta FB.... or a don't now, sorry now!!!!!

Home. Dinnered. PJ'd. Now relaxing with a cold pear cider - I can't drink tomorrow nite so having a cheeky one now!
Early start and late finish tomorrow - taking Mr Deev to work for an 8 o'clock start then straight to my fun factory, then he's coming to meet me from work and it's off to the 02 to see Green Day. Which means (a) I will leave the house at about 7.30 in the morn and not get home til about 1am, and (b) I have to decide what I want to wear to Green Day and either dress/pack accordingly. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're going to eat at Las Iguanas - it's a kind of South American fusion cuisine. Eaten there a couple of times and never been disappointed, and unlike the pizza joints, have never had to queue either. AND if you're not got to drive (I have - boooo!) they do pitchers of Mojitos!

Radiohead don't seem to be able to much wrong in my eyes, but can see your point.
Ocean Colour Scene are another band that whilst on a very different level, have never made an album that I can't get something out of.
I need to revisit Green Day I reckon and give their newer stuff a go.
Loved them first time round.
Being controversial.....Kings of Leon - can listen up to Aha Shake Heartbreak, but can't be bothered with them since!
Have a blast at the O2......I got my priority code for the Paul McCartney gig there today - so will be trying for tickets tomorrow.

I used to give the CMM a lay in on a Saturday by taking the boy to either Heathrow to watch the planes from the roof of the car park or to the Ferrari dealer in Egham to wander around the cars, dream and give the boy something to aspire to.
They never made me a Coffee sadly.
The boy is a massive Ferrari fan now though.....to the point that his favourite driver - Raikkonen is being dropped as he is daring to leave the team.

Csn, if you have the op on your eyes, i think that you generally go from one extreme to the other.
He no longer needs glasses to drive but now has to wear glasses to read.
My eyesight has been on the decline since I turned 40 and I now have to wear reading glasses to see this, and have found some lovely glasses from primark, some of them bendy ones too, eh, Beez??
But for driving, of which I do 50,000 miles per year, can see for miles and miles, apart from the speed camera the other day, darn it, first time ever, almost grateful for the postal strike !!

CSN !! OMG - don't start me on about health ! Been up to my ears in hypo thingy wotsits for years with Mr B and familé and it even made me ill! I need contact lenses to see - can see fine to read without - am overweight - have palpitations and irregular heartbeat - had cancer 5 yrs ago - still on just 6 monthly checks and still feel like I am 29!? Yup - state of mind !!

Thanks Rips, but I was simply answering questions even if CSN thought that Beez was married to MR MTF, somewhere around post 136 I think.
Sometimes, as I have seen on here before, people read 'Attitude' into replies that isn't always necessarily there, even if you are married to a journalist.

What the * was goin' on here last night? By the crin.
Hurtlin' round like a cray woman all day, dinner with Mr. Accident-Prone last night, phone call at midnight from the GD to say she's Virgin-bound to London for the day on business, why not hop aboard with her; and the blimmin' website keeps knockin' me back when I try to book me ticket. Won't let me enter me address for some reason, but can't move forward without it, grrrrr.

Wa-hey yippee that's me, I'm off. London here I come, hurrah it's months since I've bin' to the Big Smoke.
Only one problem. I'm afraid the Tourrette's got a hold a me whilst I was wrestlin' with that ruddy website and I ill-advisedly roared that if it let me book this time I'd show me bottom in front a the Gerkhin.
Now the GD isn't one to renege on a deal, so if am not around for a few days, are there any lawyers out there? I've to be back in Dublin next week...

Radiohead - Liked a couple of albums - still not sure about rainbows - although if you listen it does grow on yuo - went to see them last year and was a bit disappointed as they didn't play any of the old stuff I love!
Billie - get yourself to a concert next year! From a pub band to a large gig live music is my life blood and its something to experience. I have been very lucky in who i have seen but I say go for it - its money well spent - and if you need someone to go with - let me know ;-)

Had to dash and pay a visit to Teresa Cohen's last night just after the Radiohead bit. Seen them 3 times, each time brilliant. Not everyone's cup of tea though, I appreciate.
Billie, you really must get yourself of to a gig, you'll love it. I have Editors lined up for Sunday, James Morrison in November and, ahem, Ken Dodd in December (Ok so it's not a gig, per se...)
I still haven't seen any evidence to contradict my assetion (confirmed by Cheryl, so it must be right!) that Twitter is a legal electronic way of stalking famous people you fancy. I'll stick to the blog thanks.
Watched QT last night and Mr Griffin took a bit of a pounding didn't he - some unusual views and "interesting justifications" for them - non violent ku klux klan?! I nearly fell off the sofa!! I'm off to see Mr James Morrison in November too - counting down the days as he truly is amazing.
Love to go to live comedy gigs too - we have an excellent Arts Centre here in Cooooooolchester and they have big names at an ickle venue (Michael MacIntyre, Sean Lock, Tim Minchin, Julian Clary to name but a few). It's possibly one of my fave venues due to its intimacy - no reserved seating - and stocking of real ale!
For now, it's Green Day tonight ..... did I mention it btw ..??!

I have to agree about small venues. Two of the best gigs I have been to were The Stray Cats at Leek University (1989) and Morrissey at Preston Guildhall (2004). Best one ever, however, was probably James at The Ritz in Manchester, supported by The Happy Mondays (before they were famous!) - 1988 I think.
