Birthing tunes...
Was it Salt and Pepa's Push It? The Prodigy's Breathe or perhaps Feel the Pain by Dinosaur Jr? I'm looking for your maternity ward mixtapes tonight and as I have never given birth before I've got someone in who has.
Miss Babs will be producing tonight and will have plenty of empathy for your tales of 48 hour labour. That's her in the pic having given birth to her second child. It will be good to have someone who's been there and done it, but I worry if she's able to handle it emotionally.
She claims to burst into tears every time she hears Simply Red's For Your Babies so I don't know if she's going to be the best person to be in charge in the studio. Maybe I'll have an epidural standing by for when Mick starts singing. It might not stop her greetin' but it will certainly deaden the pain for me.

....and we have a new No.1 in the Labour Charts. The three day run at the top by dykerlass has been eclipsed by a full 10 hours by Bearsden Babs

I hear that my Smashing Pumpkins suggestion has been met with a mix of bewilderment and derision, not sure why tbh. Quality track, drowned the screams.

My wife Cherie shouted on me when she heard that the song was playing- just went through to find her with her feet above her head, breathing heavily and swearing. How weird is that!?
Thanks :)
