Just finished reading Christopher Ciccone's take on Madge's life. A good read, slightly bitter, too much internal soul searching, but lots of backstage gossip on Madonna and other celebs. Are stars really that paranoid?

It seems the fitness bug has hit my fellow presenter. Now I go to the gym at least 2 to 3 times a week and have been doing so for ages. You can imagine my shock when over a glass of wine, Raj announces to me he has a personal fitness trainer coming home to give him the once over, tell him how healthy he is or isn't, and set a programme for him. How much I asked? I was on the floor and it wasn't the wine.

Well what can I say - after Saif Ali Khan waxed lyrical about his body shape for Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic - I finally took the plunge and booked a personal trainer...lol.  Ed, whose company has trained the likes of Cate Blanchett, comes home and puts me through my paces. I've felt pain in my muscles that I didn't know existed.

Pablo: Well what can we say...it's been a mad mad couple of weeks.  Raj is still single - still hasn't kissed the right frog and I've finally moved into a new flat which is wonderful spacious and has a caretaker.
