BBC Strictly Gemma BBC Strictly Gemma Online team

What a first week it has been! We've had 18 guests grace our sparkly sofa and found out some very interesting rehearsal room antics! Who can forget Vincent in his pants or all those kisses from Richard?

Other video highlights included:

We also started our quest for Strictly re-enactments after our hugely talented production team gave us a taster of some of the moves they pull on a daily basis!
We've already had quite a few amazing re-enactments sent it but why not join in with the fun? Send your videos to ittakestwo@bbc.co.uk and you might see yourself on the show! See here for more information.
Ian was back, king of the telestrator!

We also had a daily gallery to show you some sneaky things going on backstage during the first week of It Takes Two 2012.
Next week we'll have even more gossip from behind the dancing shoes including the return of the Friday Panel and the launch of our iVote system which will give you a chance to have your say on some fun topics around Strictly.
Have a lovely weekend everyone and don't forget that Strictly Come Dancing will be on BBC One, Saturday 13th October at 6.30pm and Sunday 14th October at 6.50pm
Thank you for all your fab-ou-lous questions and comments and we shall see you next week...

who's wearing who's earrings? On Saturday's show i thought what gorgeous earrings Flavia was wearing, beautiful dangly stars, wonder where she got those from? then was it a case of de ja vu? Darcy was wearing an identical pair on the results show Sunday night. Is there an earring shortage on strictly or did Darcey forget to bring a different pair for the results show? and by the way where can I get hold of a pair like that?

Zoe. Felt so sad when your dad got voted off. He reminds me so much of my dad. He looks very like him (if I could post a pic I would), he is the same age as my dad, likes swing music and I have to say his dancing is fairly similar too. Your dad likes to joke, as does mine. However when it comes to maths the similarity ends (don't tell him I said that!). Your dad is lovely and I wish he'd gone on further.

Love strictly better than ever this year with one exception I think the camera work is poor - and hate some of the video shots on this blog - not sure if you are using different technology but its definitely not so good as previous years - can we go back to what you used previously please. So far on the main show we haven't had any of the awful videos but noticed last Friday ITT featured one which was awful - the rest of ITT has been fab-u-lous please don't start lowering the standard of the show! Sorry that Johnny didn't get to stay longer in the show - very harsh that he should go on the very first week!

Is Kimberley being picked on this year...first we have Len Gooodman savaging her on Saturday, when it was only her second week. Tonight on it takes two, as far as I could see, she was the only act not to be critiqued by Zoey and Karen Hardy. Why was she missed off.
