Love Week here at the Strictly Ballroom had everything you’d normally find in a steamy romantic novel including sexy hunks and seductive temptresses. So who stole our Judges’ hearts, and which couples were left broken hearted by the side of the dance floor?

Natalie and Artem continued to look like a marriage made in heaven, as their remarkable Rumba to Rihanna’s ‘Love The Way You Lie’ left Craig exclaiming “loved it, loved it, loved it!”. All four Judges gave them a score of nine, a total of 36 for the second time in the series.

Other noteworthy performances include Susanna and Kevin’s Waltz which scored 34, their best of the series. Sophie and Brendan and Ashley and Ola, doubled up, both scoring 31 for the Samba.

But the love wasn’t shared with everyone, Vanessa and James received just 20 for their Tango, Len describing it as “a bit like decafe coffee, it looks ok, but lacks a bit of bite.” And right down at the bottom of the scoreboard are poor Dave and Karen, their passion-filled Paso Doble left Craig grimacing and calling it “dreadful”, whilst Darcey said “she was almost in tears”.

Difficult to say as all the lower half of the table upped their game. Thought Ben's rhumba was under marked - such a difficult dance for a male celebratory particularly when not having an acting background.

It's 10;15, well nearly, and no one has made a comment yet, amazing. I expected pages of expert opinion.........and nothing! Has no-one been watching? I enjoyed it, as usual but I have a question, Have the Beeb bought shares in Grecian 2000? Some of the judges and professionals seem to be sporting the same colour hair. Was this just for the benefit of Lurve week? or a trick of the light?

For me personally I believe the couples in the bottom two will be Vanessa and James and Julien and Janette as they both performed under par and aren't as likable as Mark or Dave.

Natalie and Artem's rumba was amazing and so fluid. I can't believe she performed that on Week 3. Dave's Paso was so entertaining and I think he will stay in just for the comedic aspect. Overall everyone upped their game and it was a throughly enjoyable evening.

    Hi all,

Well Love week and here is my summary of tonight's events.

It was a battle of the dances this evening and the firstly the Rumbas for me a tie between both couples Natalie and Artem and Ben and Kristina for me pure sex appeal I mean the hips were gyrating perfectly only complaint Ben could have shown a little more chest.

The battle of the Waltzes another tie but special mention should go to Anton and Fiona as stated before like a diamond perfect cut flawless, clean purity 100% guaranteed absolutely loved it.

Dave and Karen I am liking them and the Paso was good but his dances are more like cooking hurl it all in a pan and pray it works 3 dances in and I have to admit it's the same relying on entertainment to get him through I suspect the novelty will be wearing off soon.

Mark and Iveta lovely storytelling but again if I'm bluntly honest relying on storytelling to get him through but I still like him and he did nail that American Smooth this evening.

Robin and Deborah for me I did say I wasn't caring much for her but after that quickstep she was enjoying it and in all honesty I was loving it.

Brendan and Sophie a bit hit and miss for me this evening their Samba was just lukewarm I mean a Samba is supposed to take you to a Rio Carnival and for me it just wasn't hot and spicy enough not enough risks just like Pasha and Rachel but their Cha Cha for me was just way to safe want to see more risks bring their groove and A game for next week.

Abbey and Aljaz are heading in the right direction the jive was pretty good I only saw a bit of it at the end when the voting lines were announced with the previews so hard to judge it will watch Sky Plus this evening.

My bottom two this week are.

Vanessa and James simply because I liked her last week and she came across well in the Waltz and during the judges comments this week gone way down the scale again Tango was way to stompy and not enough passion put in and she was back to rowing at the judges bench again not good definitely bottom 2 this week.

Julien and Janette simply different week same old routine plenty of cheek and plenty of razzle dazzle but so out of time I mean he was having trouble keeping up with Janette and if he's having this much trouble now imagine what he will be like in later rounds.

But shockingly enough ladies and gentlemen I have a feeling that Julien and Janette are going to be spared the bottom two this week by the skin of their teeth as I think Dave and Karen are going to be in danger this week simply put I'm just seeing the same thing every week and as I said the novelty will soon be wearing off.

So for me Julien and Janette or Dave and Karen and Vanessa and James for the bottom two but as stated I think Julien and James might just be spared this week I have to say I have this feeling Dave and Karen will be going home this week.

    Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep Dancing

Loved, loved, loved, LOVED tonight's show.

Dave is FAB-U-LOUS. We're full of colds in my house and not feeling great, Dave's dance has cheered us up and put a smile on our faces!

Deborah and Robin - what a joy to watch, so much happiness, so much love - Just what the Dr ordered for Love Week.

I agree with Fabulous Esme that it'll be Vanessa and Julien in the bottom two but not because they're not as likable as the others, Vanessa took my breath away last week and Julien is sooo adorable, they just didn't dance as well as the others :(

Another great show! Susanna and Kevin continue to be my favourite couple. However, I also like watching Natalie and Artem & Fiona and Anton.

By the way, I would love to see the wonderful group dance that started the show uploaded to the Clips page!

Looking forward to the results show tomorrow night!

I think that Ben was under marked for his Rumba as he seemed like a different man from last week. He seemed to really connect with the dance.

I believe that Abbey was over marked for her jive as her flicks and kicks weren't that sharp or crisp.

Vanessa's tango was far to stompy for me. James was literally dragging her around the dance floor. Also some of the moves weren't hit.

I really enjoyed Ashley's dance as he was really going for it. I believe he is more suited to ballroom as when in Latin some of his form does go a bit.

I am really happy for Anton as he has got a decent partner this series but I don't believe Fiona will go all the way. Also happy 10th wedding anniversary to James and Ola. I loved the pro dance. So adorable.

I have a funny feeling that we may have a shock result because of all the ties, let's hope not,Julien to go.

I'm pleased someone else felt that way about Abbey's Jive, thought I might have missed something there!

Who would have thought based on previous Rumba's on the show that they would be so good on Week 3?

My husband and I tried to learn the Waltz for our wedding but gave up, after seeing the different ones tonight wish we'd given it a better try!

I agree StrictlyMamma. I thought that going on the rumbas of the past series that the two tonight weren't going to be that good but they were both FAB-U-LOUS darling and the rumba is notoriously difficult for the men. What did you think of Susanna and Kevin's Waltz? For me it didn't have much WOW factor but technically it was fine. I do love Kevin though.

Brilliant show, Natalie & Artem were sublime. Deborah and Robin had fun & Dave & Karen just went for it.

Just a shame Bruce has to keep on, and on, and on, and on, about the Standing Ovations.

Ben and Kristina were the standout couple for me tonight. Ben completely caught the emotion of the dance, and his movement with Kristina was very fluid and not what I was expecting. Lots of practice obviiously went into it. I'm also loving so many of the other couples, Deborah's infectious joy of learning to dance is brilliant. Well done producers this year on getting celebs who really want to learn how to dance, and not there for ulterior motives to raise their profiles. I love Dave and Karen, they are still my favourites. He's trying so hard, and is improving, but the judges not giving him any credit. Also this is the most open season that I can think of, since around series 3. Lots of good dancers, and others beginning to make the "journey"

great week. Everyone improving, but how could Len score Ashley the same as Julien! Madness. Julien only managed to do about half of his steps. So unfair.
