Weekend is almost here and a soggy Friday dawns here. That promised drop of 10 degrees overnight still feels a shock. Last night we were sitting in the garden (well it was dark) till late, now this morning that seems a season ago. No gardening for us this weekend, how will we cope? And the shorts too are put away for a while I would imagine.

A 2 show day I believe with Gwyneth Paltrow starring on the movie show thing on 5L talking Iron Man 3 in which she stars with Robert Downey Jr and is smart and sassy and full of robots hitting robots essentially. She's good company. I hadn't spoken to her before but found her very open and funny-it turns out she hasn't seen the film and didn't really understand the plot! We also talk about Justin Bieber I'm afraid but that's totally her fault as you might hear...

And Matt chose 1969 for todays opening year of requirement, so big old tunes that aren't by Creedance Clearwater Revival please as they led the 69 charge last time we were here. Your ARF will then be ready to fire on all cylinders.

Have an engaging and revelatory Friday, see you after 2&5.

Being chosen before hasn't stopped a tune being chosen again! Perhaps people are using the lists we produce and referring to them!

    How about

HONKY TONK WOMEN - ROLLING STONES to get things going for the weekend?
