Is this video filled with clips from trailers even though Mark told us we shouldn't watch 'em?

Can't be, for that very reason.

Sorry Mr. Kermode but this look looked rather disappointing ... aside of Side by side, the documentary I am really interested in along with the Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl's debut "Sound City". For that matter thanks for bringing my attention to the Belfast punk scene film, I'll try to check that out!

Other than that really promising films for me include "Inside Llewyn Davis" - love the Coens -, Sin City 2, The Wolf of Wall Street (Scorsese is a no brainer) and Park Chan Wook's first US-made picture "Stoker".

    Regards

Mark, they are the Maya, not Mayans. The n is only used is possessive contexts.

That being said, arthouse Bay sounds utterly terrifying.

There are a lot of films I'm really looking forward to. There's the final part of the Three Colours Cornetto trilogy with The World's End, there's Iron Man 3, Star Trek Into Darkness, Pacific Rim, Cloud Atlas and Elysium. I'm also really looking forward to the Carrie remake and Kick-Ass 2, both of them for the same reason and that's Chloe Grace Moretz. Her performance in Kick-Ass 2 needs no introduction if she's as good as she was in Kick-Ass 1 and I think she'll be the saving grace (no pun intended) of Carrie, especially considering that all of the other actors playing the teenagers in the film are at least 5 years older than her. I also have to say that the Evil Dead remake seems a bit pointless considering the deconstruction of these types of films with The Cabin in the Woods
